The brief
Most Malaysians paid summonses at a police station or post office. PDRM needed the public to know the MyBayar Saman app existed, trust it, and use it.
What we did
We published articles answering the questions people search for: how to pay a summons in the app, what it saves over the counter, and whether it is safe. Each article was written and structured for search, to reach people at the moment they looked for how to pay.
What it achieved
The articles recorded 152.8K page views from 122.3K unique visitors. Most readers came once and found what they needed, the pattern expected of search-led guides.
